LG range top right burner not heating properly

A customer called because their LG range right burner was not heating properly.  An Andy’s technician arrived at the home, performed a full diagnosis and determined the rotary switch was not funcitoning correctly and would need to be replaced. After replacing the switch the unit tested out perfectly and the customer has a full one year parts and labor warranty.
